ChangeNOW Pro Terms

1.1. "Premium Lounge" means a user account (‘ChangeNOW Account’, hereinafter ‘Account’) that is created at ChangeNOW website to access premium features including but not limited to cashback, loans, broker options.

1.2. To create an account with ChangeNOW a user shall provide an accurate email, which actually belongs to a user. Access to the services provided by Premium Lounge is not possible without email verification.

1.3. By creating an account user agrees that they shall:

1.3.1. maintain the security of the Account and promptly notify ChangeNOW if a user discovers any suspicious activity related to the Account;

1.3.2. take responsibility for all activities that occur from the Account;

1.3.3. comply with the commitments stipulated in the relevant section of these Terms of Use.

1.3.4. acknowledge and consent to the automatic conversion procedure as a protective measure for their funds in cases where a cryptocurrency or digital asset may be delisted from our platform due to loss of market value, cessation of trading on external markets, project abandonment, or other circumstances that prevent us from continuing operations with this asset.

In these cases, we reserve the right to:

1. Convert any remaining user, partner, or sub-partner balances of the affected asset to any stable asset (at ChangeNOW’s discretion) at the last available market rate without prior notification;

2. Implement such conversions to preserve the value of funds belonging to users and partners rather than allowing the assets to potentially lose all value;

3. ChangeNOW does not provide custodial services, which means that it is not possible to store crypto assets in the Account. ChangeNOW may use third parties’ facilities for conversion procedure. In cases specified in the clause 1.3.4. hereof ChangeNOW Pro (“ChangeNOW Pro”) partner's product NOWCustody (“NOWCustody”) is used.

We shall not be held liable for any difference in value that may occur during such conversion process, as the alternative would be the complete loss of value of the delisted asset.

1.4. From time to time ChangeNOW may use third parties’ facilities for offering exchange services to users. In particular, an informational aggregator for comparison of exchange rates offered by third-party virtual currencies exchangers Swapzone (“Swapzone”). Via Swapzone users can enter into exchange transactions with third parties.

Processing of Crypto-to-Crypto Transactions for Registered/Verified Users in the EU and Specific US States.

For registered and verified ChangeNOW users from the European Union and the following US states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, the processing of crypto-to-crypto exchange transactions will be carried out through our partner, Guardarian.

ChangeNOW does not become a party to the transaction that is arranged solely between users and third-party exchangers. Such transactions shall be governed by Swapzone’s and third party’s Terms of Use.

ChangeNOW has no control over third-party exchanger’s services and can not verify their compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and licensing requirements. ChangeNOW in no situation can be recognized as responsible if these third parties or Swapzone are found to be in non-compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations as well as official licensing requirements. All claims and concerns with this respect shall be directed to Swapzone or virtual currency exchangers directly.

1.5. ChangeNOW does not provide custodial services, which means that it is not possible to store crypto assets in the Account.

ChangeNOW may use third parties’ facilities for offering other services to users. In particular, for swap services offered at ChangeNOW Pro (“ChangeNOW Pro”) partner's product  NOWCustody (“NOWCustody”) is used. ChangeNOW does not become a party to the functionality that is arranged solely between users and third-party exchangers. Such functions shall be governed by NOWCustody’s and third party’s Terms of Use.

1.6. It is expressly forbidden to place the Account at the disposal of third parties and to disclose access details to third parties.

1.7. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue individual services and/or sections of the Account, or all of them, at any time and without prior notice, in whole or in part. We reserve further right to limit or deny access to individual or all services, without prior notice at any time.

1.8. By default, there is no identity verification inside the Account, and it is not required to pass the KYC procedure.

1.8.1. A user has an opportunity to pass the KYC procedure for their own purpose.

1.8.2. Verification is carried out through a third-party service, our KYC provider called SumSub. You guarantee that the information you provide to us for identity verification is reliable and accurate.

1.9. Loans

1.9.1. Crypto Loan (“the Loan”) means a principal amount of funds, backed up by the Borrower with a crypto/fiat Collateral, issued by the Lender to the Borrower of the Service and subject to repayment by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the applicable Loan Agreement.

1.9.2. The process of loans is handled by a third-party provider ‘CoinRabbit’. By using loans you expressly agree with CoinRabbit’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
