I made a mistake in a transaction by forgetting the tag. In the chat, just by providing the transaction hash, I immediately received help from a real person (the AI only kept me busy for a few minutes), and the issue was resolved very quickly, even though it was my fault. Impeccable service and reliability, and always the best exchange rates.

Good communication and easy process. Confirmation took a little longer than expected (45min), but that's a limitation of the block chain.

I really like ChangeNOW for its user-friendly interface. It supports many cryptocurrencies, with the option of direct purchase or swap between them.
