I might not be leaving a reviews often, but this exchange is now my favorite - low fee, fast process, I even mixed up the exchanging sum, but the system recognized that and just recalculated the exchanging amount. Definitely would recommend!!!

Does exactly what you want it to do, when you want to do it, bridge to other chains. Of course I've never bridged a large amount, but for the amount I have done I've never been disappointed.

Encountered an issue with my wallet where funds were sent way beyond ChangeNow 1 hour exhanchge window. Contacted their support team and was pleasantly surprised how professional and responsive their team is. Everything was resolved quickly and my funds were received. Can't be more happier, will definitely use them again!!!

Their system allows for detection of multichain issues. I accidentally sent Layer2 ETH instead of mainnet and their system automatically picked it up and finished the exchange even tho i made a bad mistake

KYC was simple, Banxa payment and processing was quick (5 minutes) and overall experience and UI was also very good. Would recommending as it supports the Native SegWit BIP84 LTC wallet addresses.

I accidentally sent ETH to a PEPE token address, but I was able to get a refund. They also accommodate exchanges if you make a mistake with the deposit amount. In contrast, a swap site called FixedFloat wouldn't process an exchange when I sent the wrong amount, so changenow is much more accommodating and thats why i use changenow for an important swap.
