This year I have carried out over 50 transactions with ChangeNOW. I've had two problems of my own making that were solved within minutes via chat. ChangeNOW is really excellent and the fees are also perfectly acceptable.

Had an issue as I believe i sent it from a contract exchange. They manually corrected it. It was super quick too.

I only use ChangeNOW as a cross chain exchange. I've made many transactions over the last couple of years It's simple and it always works accurately. The customer service was good also the one time when I needed them. The fees are pretty fair and I am happy with my experience here.
