Their system allows for detection of multichain issues. I accidentally sent Layer2 ETH instead of mainnet and their system automatically picked it up and finished the exchange even tho i made a bad mistake

I accidentally sent ETH to a PEPE token address, but I was able to get a refund. They also accommodate exchanges if you make a mistake with the deposit amount. In contrast, a swap site called FixedFloat wouldn't process an exchange when I sent the wrong amount, so changenow is much more accommodating and thats why i use changenow for an important swap.

KYC was simple, Banxa payment and processing was quick (5 minutes) and overall experience and UI was also very good. Would recommending as it supports the Native SegWit BIP84 LTC wallet addresses.

The app gives the user different currencies to select then exchange them via swapping. The amount to exchange and that to receive is clearly displayed. The time to complete transaction is also given. It takes 3 hours to complete the transaction. However, the wallet address to receive need be entered so the received amount to appear in the wallet. The app is excellent working to the satisfactory maximum
