Absurdly fast if i am being honest. At first i was a bit sceptical of this but i did some research and found out it was safe. And in a matter of seconds i already got the funds i requested. Absolutely recommend this if someone is thinking about using this service. 10/10!

Dan was a good advisor to me. I was able to communicate and ask questions that I did not know before. He clarified for me the difference between ChangeNowPro and the NowWallet. So now I will be able to effectively use and understand how to handle Crypto Currency. Those Values I did not know before. I have done several exchanges now between several different cryptos including BTC, WBTC, USDC, USDT using ChangeNOW. All have went very well. It appears that BTC only waits for two block confirmations, so even BTC stuff goes fairly quickly. Exchanges are not painfully long. I like that once a pair is setup, I don't have to go to the interface again for another exchange since sending to the same address again works fine. However, one thing that would be nice, or maybe I just could not find it in the interface, that if I send to the address without going to the web interface first, I would like to be able to open the website and see the progress after my transaction hits the mempool or at least the first block.

Easy smooth nothing to worry about.

I reached out with an issue. I was having with a payment that had not settled and was rejected. After navigating the Trezor Safe 5 suite I was able to send an email to Support who later resolved my issue. They were very quick to respond and walk me through the process. The most difficult thing was finding where to go on the wallet.

I have KYC'ed previously before exchanging my crypto in the hopes of not having an exchange frozen to suspicious activity (Just because reading some of these reviews, it seems like some people have had those kinds of issues). Even though I have never had that problem, I have done many swaps so far successfully. I usually stick around the $500 range of crypto value when I do, do swaps. Never an issue, always reletively fast swap as well. Swap fees are reasonable too...

Benjamin was greatly helpful in moving along a transaction with Changenow where I made a mistake.
