Ava Labs and Roche Freedman Law Firm Evil Conspiracy Revealed
According to the investigation, the blockchain company’s CEO Emin Gün Sirer made a deal with the American law firm Roche Freedman a few years ago. In exchange for a large amount of Ava Labs stock and its native token AVAX, the law firm leader Kyle Roche agreed to promote the Avalanche blockchain by suing its crypto competitors.
Roche Freedman has been taking advantage of the American class action system litigating against numerous blockchain organizations and getting access to their confidential information. By suing crypto companies such as Solana, Kyle Roche has managed to kill two birds with one stone: damage the competitor's reputation, as well as lure regulators such as the SEC and CFTC away from Ava Labs. As a result, the Avalanche Network still hasn’t caught the attention of the SEC despite its highly commercial behavior. Besides, amid the failures of other crypto companies, the AVAX token has been growing in price.
Kyle Roche admits that he uses litigation as a for-profit opportunity which he considers to be an “underused tool”. Emin Gün Sirer has shown his two-faced nature by publicly offering support to the crypto projects that have been hurt by Roche Freedman. These actions have largely undermined both the blockchain industry and the American legal system. In spite of the evidence, Emin Gün Sirer has recently denied the allegations calling them “conspiracy theory nonsense”.
