Never used Changenow before, but they had the best swap rate. I was worried because I submitted the wrong deposit amount and already was given a deposit address. Despite sending an increased amount, I received the appropriate amount in my receiving wallet. Also, I didn't send the deposit until over 3 hours later and it was still good to go. Once I sent the deposit, I received the swap immediately, despite it saying it could take 2-15 minutes. Great experience. I would definitely use again.

Quick and efficient crypto swaps without any hastles. I have been using ChangeNOW for 4 months without any issues whatsoever. The KYC process is very quick and customer service are available in case you have any questions - not just another AI chatbot :) That last part about customer service being available around the clock is what gave me absolute confidence with ChangeNow, because other competing services do not have that.
