Baby Doge Coin (BABYDOGE) launched in June 2021 on BNB Chain as a Doge-inspired meme token. If you remember BabyDoge mainly for reflections and a 10% transaction fee, that is the early version of the project. Its token model has since changed, while the ecosystem around BABYDOGE has expanded into crypto infrastructure and consumer products.
Baby Doge Coin is a dog-themed cryptocurrency that grew out of the wider Doge meme culture. That category started with Dogecoin and has since produced hundreds of tokens with very different communities and use cases.
We looked at the wider market separately in our Dog Meme Coins in 2026 overview.
BabyDoge now describes itself around an ecosystem of Web3 consumer products rather than the token alone. Its current product mix connects BABYDOGE with DeFi tools, token creation and services built for users outside a typical trading interface.
The Baby Doge ecosystem is more than just a pretty face; it's packed with features that set it apart in the crypto landscape:
BabyDoge DEX: The project operates its own decentralized exchange for token swaps and liquidity.
Cross-chain Bridge: The bridge lets users transfer BABYDOGE across supported blockchain networks.
Puppy.fun: BabyDoge has its own meme token launchpad for creating and launching tokens.
Travel Data: The BabyDoge eSIM store offers mobile data for more than 200 destinations.
Dog welfare: Supporting dogs has remained part of the project since launch. In our interview with the BabyDoge team, the project described charity as part of its “brand DNA” rather than a separate marketing campaign.
Community Love: Baby Doge thrives on its vibrant and fun-loving community. Diverse perspectives are warmly welcomed and embraced to build Baby Doge into the crypto world's most outstanding community, all while pursuing their admirable mission of rescuing dogs in need. Crypto with a heart – that's something to wag your tail about!
BabyDoge also works with services across payments, wallets, security, gaming and other parts of Web3. The current list is available on the official BabyDoge partners page.
The original Baby Doge Coin total supply was 420 quadrillion BABYDOGE. Early transactions carried a 10% fee, with 5% distributed to holders through reflections and another 5% allocated to liquidity.
Those fees no longer apply. BabyDoge currently lists 0% tax on buys, sells and transfers. The project also reports that 51% of the original supply has been burned.
A Baby Doge Coin burn removes BABYDOGE from usable circulation by sending tokens to a burn address. For current tax and burn information, use the official BabyDoge product page rather than older guides that still describe automatic reflections.
Baby Doge is a mission, a community, and a dedication to making cryptocurrency accessible and gratifying for all.
BABYDOGE started on BNB Chain and later expanded to Ethereum, Solana, Base and TON. BabyDoge discussed that multi-chain expansion with ChangeNOW in 2026, while its current product page publishes deployments across several of those networks.
Different deployments give BABYDOGE access to wallets, liquidity and applications across several blockchain ecosystems. The network still needs to match the service or wallet being used for a transaction.
When ChangeNOW spoke with the BabyDoge team in 2026, its three-to-five-year plan was centered on getting crypto products into apps people already use. Telegram, LINE and similar platforms were specifically named as places where users can discover crypto without starting from a traditional DeFi interface.
The team also tied its long-term plans to products that can generate their own usage and revenue. That puts a clear test in front of the ecosystem: whether the audience built around a meme can keep using BabyDoge products after the initial attention has passed.
