What happens when a crypto exchange is designed not only for humans clicking buttons, but also for AI systems that need to understand and use it?
KPMG's Global AI Pulse Q2 2026 survey discovered that 79% of company leaders name AI a top investment priority. The share of organizations where AI has become part of everyday work jumped to 22%, up from 13% just one quarter earlier.

Why We're Building AI Ecosystem
Two audiences sit behind everything in the AI Hub:
"The AI Hub has two target audiences – people and agents," says Elias Vilochkin, Chief Product Officer at ChangeNOW. "We saw growing demand from our clients for specialized AI tools to work with crypto, and given our vision of building toward a crypto super-app, it would have been strange not to respond to that."
People want to click fewer buttons and just get a result from a single, plain-language request. And this preference is easy to understand.
On the agent side, the market for AI agents and their capabilities is growing exponentially.
"We already have a meaningful share of AI-driven traffic today, and it's rational to be ready for that to keep growing. We help agents build our service into how they solve problems for their own users. That works for both the growth of the crypto market and the convenience of people using AI infrastructure," – Elias says.
Being AI-native means ChangeNOW is easy for AI systems to act on. In practice, that means:

- machine-readable specs,
- dedicated integrations,
so an AI agent can create a swap or track a transaction as reliably as a person can.
What's in the AI Hub today
AI Widget. It comes with ready-made prompts for the questions people ask most, like an analysis of a specific coin. Moreover, it's fully open to free-form questions on anything else crypto-related. No need for a separate app: it's there the moment you land on the site.
"Right now the widget has a purely informational function," says Vilochkin. "Clients can get information about what's happening in the market or on-chain without going to a third-party tool. It can also help with questions about how the service works."
ChangeNOW Buddy. A ChatGPT-based assistant that lets anyone get exchange estimates, create swaps, and check transaction status through a normal chat, no crypto-native interface required.
MCP server. The most structured way for AI agents to work with ChangeNOW. It's the core piece for wallets, bots, and AI tools that want to plug into our exchange programmatically.
"For teams whose work is already built on a particular model, we're developing MCP, so everyone can adapt their agents to their own needs instead of being limited by the design we chose," – Elias explains.
OpenAPI spec. A machine-readable map of our endpoints and integration flows, made for developers and AI products building on top of ChangeNOW.
llms.txt. A standard file that helps language models find accurate, relevant information about ChangeNOW quickly, without wasting compute on guesswork.
Together, these cover the two audiences we're building for: people who want a simpler way to swap crypto, and agents/developers who need a reliable, documented way to integrate.
AI built with safety in mind
None of our AI tools touch private keys or sensitive data. They create verifiable exchanges with parameters the user defines, and every action is checkable against what was actually requested.
"We always use a hard-coded risk-control layer," Vilochkin says. "Agents shouldn't get direct access to work with money. The risk of AI hallucination or misreading a request is too high."
Whole NOW Ecosystem will go AI
The AI Hub is built as a single entry point that will keep expanding, with documented workflows and ongoing support. We'll keep updating this page as we ship new AI capabilities.
And the roadmap goes beyond ChangeNOW itself: the goal is to make the whole NOW Ecosystem – Pro accounts, NOWPayments, NOW Wallet, NOWNodes – accessible to AI agents. Soon, any task from payments to wallet management will work through the same interoperable toolset.
