About ChangeNOW

I have been using ChangeNOW for several years, and they have been excellent in every aspect of what they do. These types of cryptocurrency exchanges can be risky if you are not familiar with how crypto transactions work, especially because you must make sure you are sending funds on the correct chain to the correct address. That part is ultimately the user’s responsibility, and mistakes can be costly. The main difference I have seen with ChangeNOW is that their customer service actually handles issues quickly and accurately when something does come up. Out of every 50 or so transactions, there may be one that takes longer than expected, but I have never experienced a loss of funds, only occasional delays. Because of how blockchain transactions and third-party liquidity systems work, these delays are not always ChangeNOW’s fault. What matters is how the company handles them, and in my experience, ChangeNOW has handled them extremely well. Their main competitor would be SimpleSwap, and honestly, ChangeNOW is better in every way based on my experience.
