Lowest fees and good processing. Could be faster if they lower the criteria for how many confirmations a transaction needs to be processed.

I exchanged a little amount of XRP to TRX, but it went wrong by my own doing, I copied the destination tag from ChangeNow for XRP not correct and after contacting support they helped me to make the exchange without problems they only asked for the ChangeNow id and after that I had sent that they asked if I wanted the XRP back or want it changed to TRX.
