Great for newbies. Does most of everything you want

Great customer service when taking care of a transaction that I needed canceled before funds were deposited and it was the fastest and most professional experience I think I’ve had in the crypto world yet when a problem arises.

Whenever other crypto exchanges fail me, ChangeNOW always comes to the rescue.

I am a first time user they have Great customer service! And I received my deposit pretty fast after the little hiccups once I reached out. Thank you !

Just bridged XTZ to SOL and it was incredibly easy and fast. Kudos to the team

I blundered and typed in the wrong memo#. The change now team found my crypto and got the exchange done despite my error. Two thumbs way up! Stroky Ebert smiley face!

Generally very competent service: easy to use, very transparent, super responsive support staff - had a snafu with a transfer (not their fault, my bank was slow) and support responded within minutes and were already on it.

best of the best no kyc no time wasted love this site

Very needed service to exchange from one crypto type to another! Wow, impressive!

ChangeNOW.io impressed me with its service performance today. Despite an oversight on my part with the transaction memo field leading to my funds being stuck at SimpleSwap, their online support was remarkably patient and effective in resolving the issue. Overall, their service is extremely reliable and notably fast. Big thanks to Andrew, the online agent who made it happen.
