As everyone I entered this very reluctantly but as I watch the transaction move from one step to to next then Bing bong got an email saying the conversion was complete I couldn't believe it. And I have been jumping through hoops everywhere this morning looing for a way to transfer one coin to another! this is my choice

Generally very competent service: easy to use, very transparent, super responsive support staff - had a snafu with a transfer (not their fault, my bank was slow) and support responded within minutes and were already on it.
