I really like ChangeNOW for its user-friendly interface. It supports many cryptocurrencies, with the option of direct purchase or swap between them. I made a mistake on ChangeNow.io and sent more crypto than I set the exchange up for. Initially it looked like I was going to pay the price for my own mistake. But a customer service member named Oscar led me through a lengthy process to rectify the problem and stayed with it until we successfully got the exchange done. I have nothing but praise for this company and if the customer service reps are all like Oscar the company has a great future ahead.
