In the chat, just by providing the transaction hash, I immediately received help from a real person (the AI only kept me busy for a few minutes), and the issue was resolved very quickly, even though it was my fault. I really like ChangeNOW for its user-friendly interface. It supports many cryptocurrencies, with the option of direct purchase or swap between them.
