Had to change output address for a swap tx. Customer service stopped the transaction had me confirm I was the one who sent it and then changed the address saving me a huge headache and around $20. Means a lot thanks since this was fully my mistake.

I always use ChangeNOW when i need to exchange crypto — crypto. It works automatically and supports help with any question very fast. I want mention the support named "Kai", he helped me when i thought i hadnt sent the payment in time but he assured me that evrything is ok.

Really cheap cost to swap assets, way cheaper than Exodus. I use Exodus as my wallet and send to ChangeNow and then send it right back after its swapped. I had lots of trouble getting the app to accept the email verification codes and the authenticator codes that were required to send back to my Exodus wallet. The last time seemed to work much better though... so fingers crossed.
