Our stand is PB5-57 on Level 5 of Marina Bay Sands. The floor plan shows how to get there.
Come by if you are looking for crypto infrastructure or new ways to monetize your product or audience. Wallets, exchanges, payment services and fintech apps are the obvious fit, but so are Web2 products adding crypto for the first time and crypto media with an audience to monetize.
If swaps or other crypto features are on your roadmap, our team can talk it through with you there. You can also just come to meet ChangeNOW and the people behind it. We are a Platinum Sponsor of TOKEN2049 Singapore, and our stand is open both days.
Why the booth looks like this
We combined retrofuturism with Japanese Metabolism, the 1960s architectural movement. Retrofuturism is the way the 60s pictured the future. It suits both Singapore and the pace of Web3. It also keeps the past in view: finance is centuries old, and crypto is its current chapter.
In architecture, Metabolism means separate capsules that connect into one building. We work the same way: many products, one app, many sources and one solution. In practice that means one large open space split into working zones, with places to sit rather than a counter and a screen.
Podcast studio
A keynote only goes one way, so we built a studio as well: two days of recorded conversations with people who build the same products and do not always agree with us.
For two days our team will host interviews and other formats there with founders and product leads from across the industry, and major crypto media will use the same space for their own interviews.
We also run our own panel discussions in the studio. Episodes recorded in Singapore go out on our YouTube channel after the event. Subscribe and turn on notifications for the channel so you do not miss them.
Fast Track Program zone
One zone is given to the Fast Track Program. It is free and built for new and early-stage crypto wallets: a team gets an API key, adds swaps to the app, and starts earning a share of the volume its users generate. What a participant gets:
Swap infrastructure: fixed or floating rates, and revenue attribution from day one
Ecosystem support: integration help and access to our partner network
PR and marketing: placements in crypto media with an estimated reach of 10M+, posts on our channels with a combined audience over 100,000, and a spot at tier-1 conferences that draw around 15K attendees
Come to the zone to see how the program works and how to apply, or apply now and use the conference to meet the team that would onboard you.
ChangeNOW × CoolWallet zone
A limited run of co-branded CoolWallet × ChangeNOW hardware wallets comes to the booth, with ChangeNOW built in as the exclusive in-app swap provider. Owners swap assets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, EVM chains and other supported networks inside the app, with no key exports and no outside services. You can get a device by taking part in booth activities.
Merch
Our merch at the booth includes pieces made with design brands such as Native Union. Quantities are limited.
Pauline Shangett opens the Origins Hackathon as strategic advisor at NOWNodes. The hackathon runs October 6-8 at Marina Bay Sands: 200 builders, 36 hours, a $150,000 prize pool, and one of the four tracks is the NOWNodes Multichain Infrastructure Challenge. Applications for this year are closed, so this one is for participants rather than badge holders.
October 7, 12:30, Bit Digital Stage: Next Billion Users Should Never Touch Blockchain
Crypto set out to remove the middleman and removed the middleman's job with it. In place of one bank, people now hold an exchange, a wallet, a swap service, a bridge, a ramp and a trading app, and the industry calls the result freedom. Her argument is that the next billion users will not assemble a financial system out of parts, and that the fix is a product that takes the path while the user picks the result. The talk lays out what we are building toward: one app where each action starts where the last one ended.
October 8, 11:10, Global Stage at HSC Singapore: The Infrastructure Behind Liquidity
Martin Masser, our Director of Strategic Partnerships, on a panel at HSC Singapore, held at the Fairmont. Separate ticket, separate venue, same week.
The topics on the table include how crypto infrastructure will carry the next financial system, the APAC playbook for regulatory clarity and commercial scale, and what a crypto super app has to get right. We will update the speaker list and times here as the agenda firms up.
Our own side event: Retrofuture Soiree by ChangeNOW
October 7, welcome 8:00 PM, address sent to approved guests
After day one we take the booth's retrofuturist look into a bar: 1960s design and capsule architecture, custom cocktails, a cigar bar, late-night food and a photo space. Every guest takes home a limited-edition item. Pauline Shangett and Martin Masser host the evening.
The room is for our partners and for people working in Web3. Admission is free and entry is by approved request only, with capacity limited. We send the exact address to confirmed guests.
Of the 1000-plus side events in TOKEN2049 Week, this is the one where we will actually be all evening. If you have been meaning to talk to us and the two conference days are already booked solid, this is the slot.
October 6, 11:00-14:00: WalletConnect Pulse at TOKEN2049

How NOWNodes Enhances the Reliability of ChangeNOW Transactions
Most crypto failures are not caused by users, but by how systems interact with blockchain nodes. Transactions can be confirmed on-chain but still remain undetected or delayed. Learn how NOWNodes improves execution reliability by stabilizing access to network data and handling inconsistent node states under real conditions.
