I simply filled out the online ticket system , and they responded within the hour ( others can take days ) and from the docs and screenshots I sent they had a solution and executed it swiftly. The support team Eyvi, August and Adam were all very helpful and kind.

A couple ow weeks ago I was attemting to buy some PLS thru the piteas dapp, I inputed a trade for 0.15 eth for PLS tokens, while in the process my computer crashed. A couple days later I got it back running and noticed the swap only sent my eth out of wallet with no returning PLS tokens. I am attempting to either complete the trade or recover my eth. Here is some research I did but I am in no way able to understand whats happened and who has the eth., etc. Can you try to decifer the events and how to proceed? ChangeNow is a great instant exchange platform. You don't have to create an account, you just go to the website and do the exchange. The exchange is very fast. Also there is a huge variety of currencies you can exchange.

Fantastic first experience swapping out of Pulsechain which is a normally huge pain in the a**. Its amazing that I can swap Pulse (PLS) directly for BNB or SOL with very little hassle. Swapping PLS directly to SOL would usually be a ridiculously annoying process, but here I can do it in one transaction that took no more than 2-3 minutes from sending the PLS to receiving my SOL. Definitely using this platform again. You saved me so a big headache and a lot of hassle. Thanks.
