It took me three days to figure out how to transfer USDC to purchase BNB using ChangeNOW, which I attribute to my total lack of knowledge on how these tools work, but I still took away 1 star because I believe it could/should have been more user friendly for a novice. I started a chat with customer service and wound up asking for step by step instructions I could print out, and that's all it took... In less than 12 minutes I'd accomplished my first trade/transfer, and tonight I made a second in less than 3 minutes.

Everything is good they just miss btc ln network only but experience with app is awesome

I got stuck because my usual exchange (Kraken) didn’t have XMR available anymore. After looking around for alternatives, I tried ChangeNOW. The process was surprisingly simple. no complicated steps — just entered the swap, sent the crypto, and received the Monero in about 15–20 minutes. Rates were reasonable and the interface was straightforward. For anyone who needs a quick crypto swap without opening another exchange account, this worked really well for me.
