Fast easy and efficient as always. The best part of ChangeNOW is the convenience of not having to worry about unknown network fees. Say I make a transaction for 40 but for some unknown reason a few is attached and the sent amount is only 38.89; ChangeNOW just automatically adjusts everything and the transaction is processed without any issues. Also, since I am not exchanging to make a profit this makes everything completely stress free.

Amazing app and super fast support! I had a small problem, sent an email and got response in 5mins. After that they kept communication until the issue was solved (4 emails and 35minutes later). Super fast support = super happy customer. Thank you! P.S. I've been using it for 4 years now.

Helpful customer service, even if the system didn't finish the transaction it got handled perfectly by support. Thanks a lot, helps a lot! 99% of the time the system works perfectly, for that 1% there's good customer service. Just be nice to them.
