Always scary doing your first exchange, but it is really easy and the exchange rate is good, they have more coins / tokens than many of the UK exchanges and they allow quite small exchange amounts. i made a mistake sending less than i was supposed to and had the issue resolved by support (Andrew) within minutes of seeking support, never had any issues with these guys very efficient and fast.
