I've always had a very good experience with ChangeNOW's support team. It seems like they really care about doing a great job and helping you with your problem. Very patience, courteous and professional.

First time ever using this platform. Needed to exchange some crypto, but didn't want to set up a whole other wallet that supported the specific crypto and also allow me to cash it out. This platform did the exchange with no account. I had contacted the customer support and go AI at first but it didn't answer my question. I asked for human help and it didn't take to long and Scott replied and answered my question and gave me guidance on how to process the transaction. Very happy with the results. They don't do every crypto, which I wish they could, but some is better than none. Give them a try! Oh...one thing I did learn. If you do use them to exchange and don't have an account with them, please save every bit of info they provide so you have tracking of the process for taxes. I did the one exchange and when that was successful I signed up with their site so I could see the history log but unfortunately it wasn't saved because I didn't do it under an account. Just an fyi.

I previously left a negative review due to my own error and I forgot that I left an erroneous review. ChangeNow is effective and fair. It helped me to transfer crypto I had stored for years on difficult blockchains. I advised users simply to attend to the QR codes or Wallets you send to. Double check. My error was that I sent my exchange to another wallet of mine by accident. I later noticed the transaction was successful but I sent it to one of my other wallets than the one I thought I pasted. There is a fee but usually reasonable. Note Sometimes cryptos on their own require “energy” as well to be spent or retained on them to do transactions.
