Never used Changenow before, but they had the best swap rate. I was worried because I submitted the wrong deposit amount and already was given a deposit address. Despite sending an increased amount, I received the appropriate amount in my receiving wallet. Also, I didn't send the deposit until over 3 hours later and it was still good to go. Once I sent the deposit, I received the swap immediately, despite it saying it could take 2-15 minutes. Great experience. I would definitely use again.

The KYC process is very quick and customer service are available in case you have any questions - not just another AI chatbot :) That last part about customer service being available around the clock is what gave me absolute confidence with ChangeNow, because other competing services do not have that. With crypto exchanges you are always a bit worried that you might get scammed but I never had this worry with ChangeNow.

This is my go to platform! It never fails me. One time I made a mistake and transferred a different token instead of the one I had to, thought I lost my money but surprisingly the customer service was very quick to respond and within a few hours I had my money back. I also like the fact that it works very smoothly. Very happy with this platform.
