Ive been a long time user of changenow and tonight experience is so going to make me stay longer and use the platform more. Quick to respond customer service with fast solution with zero delay. Big kudos to Kai (The representative that attended to me), Kai did well and i love her assistance throughout the process.

Such an amazing service, I've been using changenow since they started. out of the 30+ times I've used them i had one instance where a transaction took longer than usual, i sent support a message and immediately got a response and a quick resolve

I got stuck because my usual exchange (Kraken) didn’t have XMR available anymore. After looking around for alternatives, I tried ChangeNOW. The process was surprisingly simple. no complicated steps — just entered the swap, sent the crypto, and received the Monero in about 15–20 minutes. Rates were reasonable and the interface was straightforward. For anyone who needs a quick crypto swap without opening another exchange account, this worked really well for me. Would definitely use again.
