First time ever using this platform. Needed to exchange some crypto, but didn't want to set up a whole other wallet that supported the specific crypto and also allow me to cash it out. This platform did the exchange with no account. I had contacted the customer support and go AI at first but it didn't answer my question. I asked for human help and it didn't take to long and Scott replied and answered my question and gave me guidance on how to process the transaction. Very happy with the results. They don't do every crypto, which I wish they could, but some is better than none. Give them a try! Oh...one thing I did learn. If you do use them to exchange and don't have an account with them, please save every bit of info they provide so you have tracking of the process for taxes. I did the one exchange and when that was successful I signed up with their site so I could see the history log but unfortunately it wasn't saved because I didn't do it under an account. Just an fyi.

Lowest fees and good processing. Could be faster if they lower the criteria for how many confirmations a transaction needs to be processed.

Greatest part that I liked is that there is no need to connect wallet unlike debridge which feels safer and it is really fast

I exchanged a little amount of XRP to TRX, but it went wrong by my own doing, I copied the destination tag from ChangeNow for XRP not correct and after contacting support they helped me to make the exchange without problems they only asked for the ChangeNow id and after that I had sent that they asked if I wanted the XRP back or want it changed to TRX. I am very satisfied with ChangeNow and would recommend everybody to exchange/buy or convert there crypto at this platform.Thnx Adam,Richard and Martin from support.I will do all my exchanges like 2023/2024/2025 in this year only at this trustworthy platform
