Before first use

Head on to the ChangeNOW Telegram bot and click “Start”. Prior to the first use, we will ask you to read and accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Hit the “Read” button. This step is taken only once.

Start the exchange

Step 1: Select the currency. To begin setting up your crypto swap, click “Start new exchange”. First, we will send you the link so you can see the full list of available coins.

Now, choose the cryptocurrency that you want to swap. 380+ coins are available, and you can enter the ticker/full name of the cryptocurrency in the message field or select one of the six most popular coins (BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, XMR, ZEC) in the keyboard:

“Waiting” means we haven’t received your crypto yet. Please keep in mind that some blockchains are not as fast as we would like them to be: for example, a Bitcoin transaction can take up to 10 minutes. For more details on your swap, click the link provided in the message.

The bot automatically checks the status of transactions created in the last 3 hours, and once it changes, the bot will let you know by sending a push notification. You can always check your transaction status with the /status_[Transaction ID] command or by contacting our support team.
