سنقوم بمعالجة معاملتك حتى إذا كنت:
أرسل إيداعًا في الشبكة الخاطئة، إذا كان هذا الأصل مدعومًا في خدمتنا.

تختار مبلغًا ثم ترسل مبلغًا مختلفًا.
ترسل أكثر من إيداع لنفس المعاملة.
ترسل إيداعًا بعد فترة طويلة من إنشاء الصرف أو إتمامه.
لن نتمكن من إتمام المعاملة بالشروط الأولية إذا:
قمت بإرسال إيداع لتبادل بسعر ثابت بعد انتهاء صلاحية السعر، بشرط أن ينخفض السعر خلال هذه الفترة
قمت بإجراء معاملة باستخدام عنوان العقد الخاطئ
In these cases, we encourage you to contact our support team. The exchange can be continued from there, or alternatively, you are free to request a refund.
How to cancel an exchange:
If you didn’t send any funds yet, there is no need to cancel the transaction, you can simply create a new one
If you have already sent the funds for the exchange, immediately contact our support team for assistance
