Best Ripple trading platforms
Coinone
Coinone is a crypto exchange registered in South Korea. However, it has managed to gain popularity not only in this country but also abroad. The reputation of the trading platform is excellent, it has never appeared in any scandals related to the theft of cryptocurrencies or personal data of users. It is definitely worth considering as a place to buy Ripple.
First of all, Coinone should be praised for the thought-out security system. The developers have provided a large number of ways to protect users’ funds. In particular, there is two-factor authentication, the storage of cryptocurrencies is carried out in a cold wallet on a computer or smartphone. When replenishing the account, the commission is not charged, it is small for opening positions. Customers note the high quality of technical support. Margin trading is also available.
The main problem of Coinone, as well as a number of other South Korean exchanges, is their focus on the domestic market. Accordingly, you will have to undergo verification according to Korean rules (which are not easy), bind the wallet to the Korean phone number, and replenish the account with either cryptocurrency or won, which is the only fiat currency of the service.
Korbit
Korbit is another Korean stock exchange, it began to work in 2015. It is a set of services. In addition to the trading platform itself, Korbit has also a wallet for storing Bitcoin, an application for payments using BTC (only in South Korea), a processing service, as well as a program that allows you to confirm the availability of funds in cryptocurrency (for South Korea only).
The main advantage of the service is the Korean quality of work. Unlike Coinone, which was considered before, Korbit never has any delays with the deposit or withdrawal of funds, all transactions are instantaneous. Commissions on the trading platform are low - 0.1%. Cryptocurrencies are stored in a cold wallet, so even in the case of hacking the exchange, user accounts will not be affected. Reviews about the service are very good.
Korbit, like other Korean crypto-exchanges, is focused primarily on local consumers. Unlike other services from this country, there is an English interface, but it is poorly designed. The quality of translation is low. Replenishment and withdrawal of fiat money are available only in won. There is no opportunity for margin trading.
Bitso
Bitso is a crypto-exchange from Mexico, quite an exotic country for the cryptocurrency world. The service is available for exchanging Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ripple and Litecoin. The interface is bilingual, English and Spanish languages are supported. An important advantage is the availability of API, which allows you to automate trading.
Bitso is a pretty interesting service for beginners. There is quite a large number of guides and information about cryptocurrencies, trading, exchange instruments. In the settings, you can enable two-factor authentication from Google. You can select the order type. The platform has its own mobile application. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees.
But the commission for opening an order on Bitso is much higher than at other exchanges. If the European, Asian and American exchanges propose 0.1-0.3%, Bitso has 0.7%. A small number of supported cryptocurrencies pushes away experienced users from the service who are interested in various altcoins. There was also a bug with the confirmation of the user's phone number, because of what it was impossible to replenish the account. Replenishment and withdrawal in fiat is conducted only in Mexican pesos.
Bitfinex
Bitfinex is a crypto-exchange developed by the same team that created the Tether stablecoin. The trading platform is one of the oldest on the market, the first transaction took place here in 2012. After the peak of cryptocurrencies, when Bitfinex was one of the most popular cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, the interest in the service fell somewhat. However, it can be still used to buy XRP.
The site interface is designed for three languages - English, Chinese and Russian. There are mobile apps that are available for both Android and iOS. 2FA is available in the settings, which will provide reliable protection of the account from hacking. At Bitfinex, there are no restrictions on withdrawing fiat money. Actually, the support of fiat money is a serious advantage of the crypto-exchange.
Bitfinex has only two drawbacks. The first one is a very high gee on fiat depositing. It is simply unprofitable to deposit dollars to the trading account. Users have also refused from Bitfinex because of too small number of cryptocurrencies available for work. But if you are specifically interested in Ripple, this service is suitable.
CEX.IO
CEX.IO is an English service which was developed for crypto traders from the CIS countries. But later it was reoriented to the whole world. A distinctive feature of the site is the support of a large number of fiat currencies. In particular, here you can trade using dollar, euro, pound, some currencies of the CIS countries. The crypto-exchange works completely officially, there are all necessary licenses. Margin trading is available in four directions at once.
The service also has disadvantages. Verification on the service is mandatory, and it takes a long time. You need a photo of the user with the card on which the funds will be withdrawn. Sometimes there are delays on the withdrawal. Margin trading may be closed before reaching stop-loss.
